Thousands of runners will be stepping out this Sunday to do the Herts 10K run to raise money for Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Care.
The annual event, which is now in its sixth year, has this attracted 3,000 people, who will run the circular route around the town, from Rothamsted Research in Harpenden.
This year’s event has been so popular it has sold out and the race has been well supported by local businesses and organisations, including Fitness First, St Albans City Football Club and Runners World.
