Members of the Dacorum Community Choir are rehearsing for their very first standalone concert on Tuesday, December 18.
Musical director Rufus Frowde has been putting them through their paces before the big night at Carey Baptist Church in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead.
A variety of festive songs will be featured and there will be opportunities for the audience to join in with well-known songs.
Pianist Judi Kelly, the regular accompanist at rehearsals, will join the singers, and Richard Hills will play the organ.
Ticket priced at £6 and £4 (concessions) are now on sale through choir members and will be available on the door.
The concert starts at 7pm with doors open from 6.30pm. A spokesman said: “We hope you will come and share with us an enjoyable, festive evening of music and singing with refreshments to follow.
The growing choir now boasts more than 80 members, and organisers hope more may want to join the choir following the debut concert next month.
