A MAN who was jailed for grievous bodily harm after jumping on and kicking another man at a party has now been banned from pubs, hotels, bars and nightclubs in four counties.
In the first order of its kind applied for by Herts Constabulary, Bradley Stantiford, 36, is prohibited from entering the establishments in Herts, Beds, Cambs and Essex.
The interim Violent Offender Banning Order was granted on Monday by Watford Magistrates Court and will run until March 16, 2012.
If Stantiford, pictured, who currently lives in Harlow, breaches the order, he could face up to five years in prison.
Detective Inspector Stuart Orton said: “These orders are a valuable tool to help protect the public.”
