Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc will return to Berkhamsted tonight to visit the Brasserie Blanc he launched in the High Street in the summer.
He was there to promote the eatery’s new winter menu – which includes free-range chicken stuffed with Armagnac-soaked prunes and roast Lincolnshire free-range pork belly with crunchy crackling.
Blanc is an award-winning chef who presented BBC2’s The Very Hungry Frenchman earlier this year.
