The Kings Langley Light Opera Company’s production of Hello Dolly, which ran for five days earlier this month at the Kings Langley Community Centre, proved to be a bit hit with audiences.
Theatre goer Dawn Streeter of Saint John’s Well Lane, Berkhamsted said: “Dolly had real charisma. The production was to a professional standard and the orchestral arrangement really enhanced the show.”
Caroline Elkins of Ritcroft Street, Hemel Hempstead said: “It was a really good production with catchy songs. The dancing waiters were a real highlight!”
Next spring the company, which has been performing shows for local audiences since 1948, will be bringing Half a Sixpence to the Kings Langley stage.
