Following the popularity of children’s roller skating classes in Berkhamsted, new courses are being offered to grown-ups.
Amanda Constantinou will run the new classes in the town’s Sportspace centre on Tuesdays from 7.45pm until 9.15pm.
She said: “It is for all abilities, and a great way of getting fit without realising it. Parents kept asking me because they were so impressed with their children.”
