RO Developments director Richard Bourne added: “In the last three months we have secured 100 per cent occupancy at Hemel One. The list of tenants demonstrates the quality of the space and our flexibility with terms. It is also testament to Hemel Hempstead as a business destination with excellent access to the M1 and to London.”

Paul Brown, chief executve of Certus Technology Group, said: “We hope to grow and expand over the next few months with plans to recruit up to seven new staff. We are liaising with local universities about setting up a graduate training scheme and are in discussions with Dacorum Borough Council.”
