A busy pre-school in Hemel Hempstead has been acclaimed as top of the class for the third year in a row.
The Little Acorns Pre-school, which has been based at the Warners End Community Centre for more than 40 years, scored the highest rating after being assessed using the RAG (Red, Amber, Green) process for early years provision. The check-up is overseen by the Hertfordshire Early Years Team and the information is recorded alongside the Ofsted rating.
