A charity for disabled horseriders was given a funds boost following donations from a dish on the menu at a pub near Hemel Hempstead.
The slow-cooked pork belly – available at the Oakmann Inns’ Red Lion pub in Water End – is £14.95, 25p of which goes towards Gaddesden Riding for the Disabled.
Over the past six months, the restaurant sold 1,460 pork dishes, meaning the company presented delighted charity volunteers with a cheque for £365.
