A personal trainer completed a 100-mile cycle challenge in five hours and 30 minutes.
Will McAllister, who works at the Beta Health Clinic in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, jumped on his saddle for the Norwich 100 on Saturday to raise cash for the Hospice of St Francis.
But so far he has not attracted any donations to his online fundraising page and is hoping people will dig deep now that he has completed the challenge.
