PLANS are afoot to paint double yellow lines on a road that has become a hazard for the emergency services.
Herts Fire and Rescue Service asked for the lines to be painted in front of Clunbury Court in Manor Street, Berkhamsted.
They wrote to Herts County Council to say their fire engines struggled to access the block of flats due to the vehicles parked in front of its entrance.
