Celebrations to mark milestone anniversaries in the life of one of Hemel Hempstead’s first new town neighbourhoods continue on Monday.
That’s the day set aside for diamond jubilee events at Adeyfield School in Longlands.
The secondary school will kick off the day with a tree planting and time capsule burial by Hemel Hempstead MP Mike Penning.
Tea will be served to governors and Mayor of Dacorum Penny Hearn will be arriving later in the day to enjoy a ticket only musical performance.
The school will be open to visitors from 5pm, and an intake evening for parents of pupils who will be starting at the school in September will be held later in the evening.
