A prestigious surgeon is now using a post-operative bra made by a Tring inventor in his clinics across the country.
Adrian Richards owns Aurora Clinics – one of which is in London’s Harley Street – and was impressed with Elle Terry-Dawson’s Hospital Bra.
He said: “These bras offer great support and make recovery from breast surgery faster and more comfortable.
“We now use the bras for all our breast surgery patients, and are proud to be associated with a local young entrepreneur who has created such a fantastic product.”
Inventor Elle – who owns and runs Gorgeous lingerie boutique in Tring – said: “I’m so, so proud, but I’m still in shock!
“I’ve been following Adrian’s work since I opened Gorgeous 7 years ago, and I’ve always been interested, and now it’s amazing to think that he’s using my bra in his clinics.”
“It’s such an amazing feeling that such a well-established and well-known company are using the Hospital Bra.”
And this is not the only good news for Elle, as the Hospital Bra has been nominated for the prestigious MyFaceMyBody awards, in the Best Cosmetic Surgery Product or Device category.
Elle said: “They messaged me on Twitter and said ‘we’d like to enter you’.
“I’m up against Macron, the brand I replaced at the Aurora Clinics.
“It’s quite exciting but nervewracking at the same time. They’re such a big company and I’m just me from little old Tring!
“I need as much support as possible from my family, friends and local people.”
