Tring-based restaurant company Oakman Inns is offering youngsters under 12 the chance to design a new dish for its children’s menu this summer.
The competition asks budding chefs to invent a recipe which uses healthy, seasonal ingredients.
Entry forms can be downloaded from www.theakeman.co.uk, and the closing date is August 31. The chosen winner will see their dish available to buy on each of Oakman Inns seven venues.
