CROWDS of people in Hemel Hempstead town centre stopped to observe a moment’s silence as the hearse carrying murder victim Billy Dove travelled along Marlowes on its way to West Herts Crematorium in Garston on Monday.
The 21-year-old’s murder last month has rocked the community but mostly his family, who until now have been too upset to talk publicly about their loss.
Speaking on their behalf Billy’s sister Jodie Grillo told The Gazette how devastated they were.
