A dad has put out an appeal for musicians so that he can recreate the wedding scene in chick flick Love Actually when his own daughter ties the knot next month.
The father, who is organising a performance of All You Need Is Love, was let down at the last minute and now has just five weeks to find musical volunteers.
Performers - including two trombone and two clarinet players along with a singer if possible - will be required in Hemel Hempstead between 2pm and 3pm on September 21.
The father, who has asked to remain anonymous as he hopes to keep the performance as a surprise for the bride and groom, said: “Local music students might be up for it and I will pay expenses.”
The 2003 movie starring Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Keira Knightley, Emma Thompson and Martine McCutcheon, follows the lives of eight different couples dealing with their love lives.
