A charity is looking for people to sign up for its biggest loser challenge to see who can lose the most weight in 18 weeks.
Participants in the programme, which begins on Wednesday, January 20, will get free gym membership, personal training and nutritional advice.
In return, they will have to raise at least £500 for Rennie Grove Hospice Care, which is based in Tring and St Albans.

All applications to take part must be made by Wednesday, January 13.
