Two men have been charged with attempted theft of metal.
Police were called to Bishop Skip Hire in Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, after the alarms went off at around 1.15pm on Sunday.
Ashley Nightingale, 21, from Redhill Road, Hitchin, and William Williamson, 21, of St Thomas Road, Luton, have been charged with attempted theft. They have been released on bail and are due to appear at St Albans Magistrates Court on Thursday, March 29.
