THREE Dacorum businesses have been shortlisted for Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce awards.
The Inspiring Hertfordshire 2012 Awards, aim to celebrate success and achievement and boost business confidence in Hertfordshire.
Cobham Consulting, Berkhamsted, and Imagination Technologies, Kings Langley, have been shortlisted for the Innovation Through Technology category, sponsored by Veolia.
Former winner SJD Accountancy, from Hemel Hempstead, has been shortlisted for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Breeze & Wyles.
Both Imagination Technologies and SJD Accountancy have also made it to the final reckoning for Medium to Large Business of the Year, sponsored by Exemplas.
Herts Chamber chairman, Neville Reyner said: “We have been overwhelmed by the response to these awards. The quality of entries was staggering and presented an almost impossible challenge for the judges. My thanks to all those who entered, our hard pressed judges and our sponsors without whose support these awards would not be possible. I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to all those who entered and, in particular, to those who were shortlisted.”
The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner at the Porsche Centre Hatfield on May 17.
The company awarded the overall Business of the Year will also receive £7,500 worth of integrated marketing support donated by the award winning Kiss Communciation, based in Royston.
