PLANS to build a new garage have been called “out of order” by the chairman of Berkhamsted Town Council’s planning committee.
Laurence Handy criticised the proposal to knock down a garage in the town’s Belton Road and build a double garage with loft space.
Speaking at a Monday night meeting, he said: “It will have a panoramic view of everyone’s bedroom window and goodness knows what else.”
