MUMS-to-be are finding out all there is to know about breast feeding at a new workshop for pregnant ladies.
Trained midwife Melissa Daniels is running the sessions to give soon-to-be-mums the confidence to breast feed when their new arrival comes along.
The mum-of-two said: “We believe that antenatal education on breast feeding helps women to prepare and gain an insight into how to feed their babies before delivery to enable them to feel more prepared for when the baby arrives.”
The free workshop is held on the last Friday of every month at the Orchard Children’s Centre, Silk Mill Way, Tring, from midday to 2pm.
