Unemployed plumbers, heating engineers and electricians are being given the chance to learn a new green skill to help them get back into work.
The Supporting the Unemployed into Employment Programme – funded by Jobcentre Plus and the National Skills Academy for Environmental Technologies – covers renewable and energy saving technologies.
