The bank holiday weekend will see the biennial Marsworth Flower Festival in all its summertime glory.
The village’s All Saints Church will be decorated with numerous floral creations, celebrating gardens big and small.
This year’s theme is centred around Rudyard Kipling’s poem The Glory of the Garden.
Visitors will be invited to enjoy lunch or tea with a glass of Pimms and there will be the opportunity to buy books, crafts and jewellery as well as enter the tombola – all to the sound of music and organ recitals throughout the weekend.
The festival will run from Friday through to Monday, opening at 10am to 6pm each day except Sunday, which will open at 11.30am. Visit www.marsworthflowerfestival.co.uk
