Don’t worry about that Buncefield siren - it’s only a test

A public warning siren at the Buncefield Oil Depot – the site of a massive explosion in 2005 – will be tested on Wednesday, September 4.

A two tone alarm and then a single tone siren will sound at 7pm and last around two minutes.
