Around 50 young cyclists joined the brother of one of their former teachers in the final leg of a 650-mile ride in his memory.
Ed Dingwall, nicknamed Dingers, taught history at Berkhamsted School from 2008 to 2011. He died of bowel cancer last year, aged 27.
His brother James, 26, and four of Ed’s university friends cycled from Dingwall in Scotland to Berkhamsted School in his memory.
They were joined by more than 20 pupils of the school, 10 parents and 16 of Ed’s former colleagues at Bletchley Park for the final leg of the journey. The group have raised more than £9,000 to fund public lectures at the school. Learn more at www.justgiving.com/The-Ed-Dingwall-Cycle-Challenge-2013
