Dacorum’s Mayor Penny Hearn will pay tribute at tonight’s full council meeting to a former first citizen of the borough who has passed away.
Bertram Barrett, known as Bert, formerly of Leys Road, Hemel Hempstead, served as a councillor and alderman and was mayor from 1966 to 1967.
