LOOKING dapper, new Mayor of Dacorum Bert Chapman and his wife Shirley set off for London to attend the Queen’s Garden Party on Wednesday.
The couple set off from Hemel Hempstead’s Civic Centre at 12.30pm to enjoy tea, sandwiches and cakes with Her Majesty.
