housing: Show homes at a development of more than 300 properties will present what is on offer to house buyers.
Two large family show homes are due to be completed early this year at the Aspen Park site off London Road in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead.
The complex of 325 homes is made up of a mixture of properties from two bedroom apartments to six-bed detached family houses.
Developers Bovis Homes will be creating a green corridor around the site, with work starting early this year. Plans include the creation of a new cycle route and the planting of more than 300 trees.
There will be a new village green area with a sports pitch along with a public open space and two play areas for children.
Regional sales director Alison Tindle said: “We’re not just about building homes, we’re about building communities and the features of Aspen Park will not only be an attraction for new home buyers, they will be of benefit to existing residents.”
